A: No appointment is needed! Our staff is always ready to help you find the right fit during store hours.

Q: Do you carry wide or narrow sizes?

Yes, we do! We stock both narrow and wide widths in many of our most popular styles. We’ll help you find what fits your feet best.

Q: What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days, as long as the shoes are unworn and you have your receipt. Try them on at home to make sure they’re the right fit.

Many of our brands—like Birkenstock, Dansko, and Taos—are known for their orthopedic benefits and are recommended by podiatrists. They offer great arch support, cushioning, and stability.

Q: Do you ship orders or offer local delivery?

We focus on in-store service to ensure proper fit, so we don’t offer online sales or shipping. But feel free to call us if you’re nearby—we’ll try to help however we can!
